  • Dehydration – Loss of water. The first symptom of dehydration is the feeling of being tired, experience of headache. The tissues and cells are not getting enough water to feel like doing   



  • If a person is not drinking enough water daily, then they do not have the elimination process and without eliminating the foods we digest to gain weight, gain toxins, and feel awful



  • Sometimes when we feel thirsty, but we eat food rather than drink water. This can cause unnecessary weight gain to the body.



  • Our body requires more water than we thought. Our cartilage are made up of about 80% water. This is enough water for our bones to relief from pain. If we don’t drink enough water, our body will become paralyzed.



  • Our body muscles are also comprised mostly of water. Then, less water in the body means less body muscle. Drinking water before, during, and after a workout keeps you hydrated, but also brings water to the right places in your body, and decreases unwanted pimples and rashes from our body.



  • The water inside your body acts as a cooling system, both for external skin and internal organs, particularly for physical exercise. The internal cooling system may not function properly if you are not drinking enough water, which can cause heating up of body, a increase in pulse rate.



  • When we get older, the body naturally requires lower amount of water, so we have to increase our water intake. Loss of water can cause both internal and external aging.



How Much Water Do Our Body Need Everyday?

  • To make sure you are drinking enough water. The water you need each day varies. The experienced advice is to have 8 glasses of water daily, unfortunate some medical professionals say it should be more than this, around 3 liters a day for men & 2.2 liters for women. This is the reason for difference b/w men & women   muscle mass. You can also add the liquid in food. The amount of water needs to drink varies, according to the climate (hot and dry means more water is needed), level of exercise.
