are known to be disciplined, high achievers & focused who tend to be successful
& hard working students .It is the best medicine to relief from stress and
tension for the mind and body. Dancing is natural cure for Heart, Lung, and
Blood Institute diseases in particular. Here are some facts:
- Dancers
also have increased muscular strength, endurance. Currently professional
dancers are regarded as athletes. Because of high physical demand of body
dancers, most of the professional dancers get retired from
dancing during their mid-30s.
- An
English man tragically died during in a Christmas party. Did you know what the
cause of death? He was overexerted himself dancing to Psy's song on Gangnam Style. The
lesson here is that if you have certain problems in health conditions, you
should not try to stray outside of your comfort zone.

This form of dancing re-emerged into worldwide & become popular during
1990s.

most sensual dance of modern times is
“The Tango”. It originated
in the 1890s in Argentina, as well as it quickly became very successful in
Europe.
- In Japan, it is illegal to do dancing late night.
