Tip1: Open up your body

Exercises disciplines that focus on body awareness, such as yoga, can help you to stay sitting straight. Always, make sure your workstation is set up to promote proper posture.

Tip4: Strengthen your body & posture


Pilates and yoga are great ways to build up the strength of your body, the muscles of your pelvic area & abdomen. 

These muscles form the foundation of good posture and a strong body can have many other satisfactions, from preventing urinary unrestraint to improving your athletic performance. 
To have more fun in sex, build up your core strong.

Tip5: Do yoga


To helping to increase body awareness and strength, yoga is an excellent way to build up and maintain flexibility, power and strengthen muscles throughout your body.
Start practicing yoga gradually .You need your yoga teacher is sensitive to your needs, abilities and also available for feedback. Restorative or Hatha yoga are good places to start if you're a beginner.

Tip6: Support your spine
